This spacious and scalable 24 X32 plan comes fully equipped with the standard features we offer for our ADUs. This plan features a comfortable living room, kitchen with an island, and a covered front porch/patio. As you enter the ADU, you enter an open living room with plenty of natural light. A full kitchen is off to your right that comes with an island, stainless steel appliances, and the option to upgrade any appliance to kitchen grade. The bedroom offers a large window to brighten the 11’ x 11’ space, large enough to comfortably fit a queen bed. In the bathroom you’ll find a standard bathtub/shower combo along with granite-top vanity.

In this specific model, all rooms, appliances, and layouts are ADA accessible upon request. Any special need or requisition can be incorporated into this model.
